Brief
SERCO commissioned a premium UAE National Day gift box exclusively for C-suite executives from the top 100 companies in the UAE. The objective was to create a refined and meaningful gifting experience that reflected both the nation’s heritage and its modern identity. The gift needed to communicate understated luxury, align seamlessly with SERCO’s brand guidelines, and incorporate cultural storytelling through its structure, design, and curated confectionery. Personalization played a critical role, with each box including a named letter physically signed by SERCO’s CEO.

Solution
A double-wall rigid box construction was selected to provide strength, precision, and a premium feel while maintaining a clean and culturally respectful design. The opening experience was designed around two elegant drawers, one housing traditional Emirati sweets and artisanal treats, and the other featuring modern local gourmet chocolates, visually narrating the UAE’s evolution from heritage to innovation. Arabic calligraphy on the lid was enhanced through debossing and gold foiling, delivering a refined, luxurious finish without excess. A controlled personalization workflow was implemented to ensure each letter was accurately named, physically signed by the SERCO CEO, and carefully packed with meticulous attention to detail.
Outcome
A total of 150 premium, fully personalized UAE National Day gift boxes were successfully produced and delivered. The final result achieved a harmonious balance between tradition and modernity, meeting SERCO’s vision and creating a memorable, culturally resonant gifting experience for senior corporate leaders across the UAE.
