5. Payment Terms
● All prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
● Payment must be made in full or via a 50% deposit for larger orders. The balance is due upon delivery.
● Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (COD) for orders under 150 AED.
● If a payment is not completed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
6. Product Quality and Guarantee
● We do not accept liability for minor color variations or differences between digital proofs and printed materials.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
● Orders can be canceled within specific stages of production, but a cancellation fee may apply.
● If the order has already been approved, cancellation will result in a 100% charge for the product.
● Refunds are provided only if the product does not meet quality standards or is damaged during production.
● Reprints will be offered only for errors caused by Printery Dubai, not for customer mistakes.
8. File Storage and Responsibility
● We do not store files long-term. Please ensure that you keep copies of your files for future use.
● Printery Dubai is not responsible for any loss or corruption of files submitted by the User.
9. Intellectual Property
● All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Printery Dubai or its licensors.
● Users are prohibited from using, copying, or modifying any content on the Site without our explicit consent.
● You retain ownership of any content you upload, but you grant us the necessary rights to process your files for printing purposes.
10. Delivery and Shipping
● Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as order size, production time, and shipping method.
● Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping location and product weight.
11. Returns and Exchanges
● We do not accept returns for custom-printed items unless the product is defective or does not meet print quality standards.
● If the product is defective, contact our customer support team within 7 days for assistance.
12. Limitation of Liability
Printery Dubai is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
13. Force Majeure
Printery Dubai shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance of services due to events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, war, and other unforeseen circumstances.
14. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate your account or suspend your access to the services if youviolate the terms of this Agreement or engage in harmful or unlawful behavior.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved within the courts of Dubai.
