To produce a range of luxury shopping bags in multiple sizes for Tanagra’s retail outlets, ensuring consistency in branding while accommodating products of varying dimensions.

Brief

Tanagra, a leading homeware and gifting brand with multiple retail outlets, required a premium collection of shopping bags to complement its in-store experience. The bags needed to be produced in small, medium, and large formats to suit different product sizes while maintaining a unified luxury identity. The design called for a consistent brand color across all sizes, gold foiled logo detailing, and premium rope handles. The chosen substrate was Cordenons Natural Evolution White paper, reinforcing the brand’s refined and elegant positioning.

Challenges

Solution

To prevent cracking along folds and edges, a varnish coating was applied during the printing process, improving flexibility and durability. Color consistency was tightly controlled using Fogra color calibration standards across each print run. A unified visual direction was established by maintaining a single-tone color palette across all bag sizes. The logo was executed in matte gold foiling to enhance the premium appeal, complemented by specially designed blue rope handles that added a distinctive and elegant contrast.

The final collection delivered a cohesive and sophisticated range of luxury shopping bags that aligned perfectly with Tanagra’s brand image.
