To create a larger-than-life shopping bag for Pro Nail that serves as a striking promotional prop and supports social media video content.
Brief
Pro Nail, a well-known nail bar operating in premium retail locations across the UAE, wanted an unconventional marketing asset that would stand out instantly. The idea was to produce a live-size shopping bag exceeding one metre in both width and height. This oversized prop needed to retain the visual identity of a real shopping bag while being functional enough to carry and be used in video shoots. The quantity requirement was low, but the expectation for impact and finish was high, with a clear focus on social media visibility.
Challenges
- Producing a bag larger than standard material sheet sizes
- Identifying a suitable substrate that could handle scale and structure

Solution
To overcome size limitations, the material was shifted from paper to flex, allowing the required dimensions to be achieved without compromising structural integrity. The bag was printed on a wide-format, color-calibrated machine to accurately match Pro Nail’s brand colors. The construction was adapted to suit the flexible material while ensuring durability, and reinforced handles were incorporated to make the bag practical for carrying and filming purposes.
