Objective:
Create a premium influencer seeding box to introduce Dubai Retail’s five new scented candles.
Brief
Our client launched a collection of five scented candles, each inspired by fragrances available at Nakheel Mall and other Retail destinations. To build brand awareness, the brand required a luxurious clamshell-style rigid box with custom cavities to house all five candles securely. The inside flap featured elegant scent descriptions to enhance the unboxing experience. Each candle was also wrapped in butter paper with a matching label and sticker corresponding to its fragrance, maintaining a premium reveal and storytelling experience.
Challenges
Color accuracy and achieving a clean, lamination-free premium finish.
Designing labels that looked high-end and not like standard printed stickers.
Managing fulfillment of 150 boxes with 5 candles each without mix-ups.
Ensuring accurate label-to-fragrance matching during repeated production stages.
Solution
We used premium black dyed paper to achieve a luxurious finish without lamination. Candle labels were produced with rose-gold foiling for an elevated aesthetic. Each fragrance and label was assigned to individual finishers to streamline workflow and maintain accuracy. Multi-level quality checks were implemented throughout fulfillment to ensure color consistency, correct scent placement, and flawless assembly across all 150 boxes.
Outcome
All 150 influencer seeding kits were delivered fully assembled and launch-ready. The client was highly satisfied with the craftsmanship, precision, and overall execution. The refined packaging significantly enhanced the product reveal, resulting in strong influencer engagement and a memorable brand introduction.
