Objective:
Design a premium, lip-shaped rigid box with two sliding drawers for product seeding.
Brief
For the launch of 3D Hydra Xtreme, HAVAS PR required a custom influencer kit shaped like lips, featuring two sliding drawers. Each drawer needed to house three products in precision-cut 5mm foam cavities. The packaging had to feel luxurious, reflect KIKO Milano’s glossy aesthetic, and remain structurally strong despite the unconventional sculptural form.
Challenges

Solution
We explored multiple prototypes with varied substrates to perfect both the construction and the lip contours. Adjustments to the dieline and structural layering led to a hybrid build using kappa board for sculpted form and foam for interior strength. This combination delivered the desired curvature, supported a flawless glossy finish, and preserved drawer stability and glide performance.
Outcome
The final influencer kit successfully combined creativity with engineered precision. The premium lipstick-shaped box was enthusiastically received by HAVAS PR and leveraged for regional influencer distribution, reinforcing the product’s visual identity and launch impact.
