To create premium letterheads and envelopes that reflect the exclusivity and refined identity of a members-only club.
Brief
The requirement was to develop stationery for Club71, an exclusive members-only club in Dubai. The materials needed to convey a premium, tactile, and classic feel, aligning with the club’s positioning. Special attention was given to paper choice, finish, and subtle detailing to elevate the overall presentation.
Challenges
- Selecting the right GSM for letterheads to prevent show-through from double-sided, full-color printing
- Maintaining print clarity and quality on both sides of the sheet
- Achieving a premium finish that reflects exclusivity without over-designing
Solution
For the letterheads, we selected a higher bulk, appropriate GSM paper to eliminate transparency while preserving print clarity. Envelope production involved multiple paper and finishing trials, including foiling matched to brand tones and embossing options. A distinctive approach was taken with a blank uncoated envelope featuring a custom wax seal closure—created using a bespoke stamp of the club’s logo—to add a tactile and memorable detail.
Outcome
The final stationery delivered a refined and exclusive look, aligning with the club’s identity. The client was highly satisfied with the result and moved forward with repeat orders.
