Brief
Sobha Developments required a luxury handover box for buyers of their premium Sobha Creek Vista tower. The box was designed as a rigid A3-sized premium structure to hold a property brochure, property manual, welcome letter, and an essence stick and diffuser set. Crafted using specialty papers, brand-specific colors, intricate dielines, and multi-color embellishments, it was layered to create a refined unboxing experience. The box was wrapped in a hard-case sleeve with a tear-off perforation, allowing buyers to reveal the inner box in an engaging, premium way.
