Create a high-quality handover box for new commercial office and retail tenants
Brief
Central Park Towers is a premium commercial development in DIFC, featuring 52 floors of office space along with multiple retail podiums. Arady Development required a bespoke handover box to present to companies and retailers upon leasing their units. The box needed to house a parking card, a hard-copy tower manual, and a USB drive containing digital documents. The design had to align with the tower’s upscale brand, feeling premium, professional, and durable.
Challenges
Leasing occurs on a rolling basis, requiring small batches rather than one large production run.
Short-run production increased cost-per-unit, creating budget challenges.
Maintaining consistent quality, color accuracy, and brand standards across multiple small batches demanded meticulous attention.
Solution
To address the challenges of small-batch production while maintaining premium quality, we transitioned the project to on-demand digital printing. This allowed us to produce each batch flexibly without compromising on finish or brand standards. By using double white ink on a black substrate, we achieved a clean, high-contrast, and professional look consistent across all boxes. Digital production ensured fast turnaround, cost control despite low quantities, consistent color and branding, and eliminated the need for large inventory or storage, delivering a solution perfectly suited to the client’s rolling leasing schedule.
